National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, the natural gas utility subsidiary of National Fuel Gas Company, plans to re-open three walk-in offices for customers who may prefer in-person assistance beginning Monday, February 17, 2025. The Customer Assistance Centers provide the same services offered through the call center including payment assistance, starting or stopping account service and billing inquiries.
The Customer Assistance Center will be open Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The locations include:
Metro Buffalo: 409 Main Street, Buffalo 14203
Cheektowaga: Appletree Business Park, 2875 Union Road Suite 44, Cheektowaga 14227
Jamestown: 1384 Peck Settlement Road, Jamestown 14701
In addition to the walk-in centers, National Fuel customers can contact the call center Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1.800.365.3234 or use the Utility’s website at www.nationalfuel.com where a convenient online payment portal is also available.
