Ben was named as vice president and general counsel of Seneca Resources Company, LLC, in October 2017. He oversees the company’s legal, human resources, stakeholder relations and land divisions. He joined Seneca as deputy general counsel in September 2013.

Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. He received his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law.
