To All TSS Users:

Upon expiration of your current Citrix and TSS passwords, going forward, passwords must be 15 characters long and include 3 out of the 4 of the following:

• A capital letter
• A lowercase letter
• A number
• Or a special character which can be: ! $ # % @ & * [ < > )

Note that spaces are not permitted. When making the change to your Citrix password, please be sure to sync up your TSS password with the identical password that you created for Citrix.
