To all Pennsylvania Marketers:
As National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (NFGDC) previously communicated via an email notice and web posting on March 17, 2020, marketers should closely monitor Daily Delivery Requirements (DDQ’s) and contact their customers directly to identify any anticipated changes in usage. NFGDC is again strongly suggesting that marketers reach out to their customers immediately due to the recent order by Pennsylvania Governor Wolf shutting down all businesses that are not life sustaining. Please see the following link for more specific information on the Governor’s order:
To the extent the customer’s usage profile is different than what the DDQ reflects, the marketer should submit a DDQ modifier for the market pool in the Transportation Scheduling System (TSS). EDDQI is the TSS shortcut code where DDQ modifiers are entered. DDQ modifiers must be entered before 1:30 p.m. for the next gas day. Weekend and holiday modifiers must be entered before 1:30 p.m. on the business day before the weekend/holiday period for the entire period. For example, Saturday through Monday DDQ modifiers must be entered before 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
Note that this order may apply to PA Daily Metered Transportation customers as well.
Please contact the Transportation Services Scheduling Help Desk at 716-857-7232 with any questions you may have.
Thank you for your continued cooperation during this time.
