To: All Market Pool, Production Pool, and Imbalance Operators

End-of-October 2024 Customer Transportation Statements (“CTS’s”), Allocation Statements and Trading Statements for all Market Pool and Production Pool Operators are now available in the Transportation Scheduling System (“TSS”).

Imbalance Trading Period: Thursday, November 14^th, 2024; Friday, November 15^th, 2024; and Monday, November 18^th, 2024.

Reminder: For NY and PA imbalances, trading should be conducted on the NABCS00 or PABCS00 pool (known as the “zero pool”), not on individual market pools.

Note that for October 2024, month-end cash-out of NY and PA imbalances is mandatory. An Aggregator Monthly Cash-Out Detail Report is included when statements are released each month. This report reflects a point in time and should be re-run using the TSS shortcut EMMTS if imbalance trades are made.

The NY and PA systems are IN tolerance for imbalance cash-out purposes so Market Tier Pricing will automatically apply to all NY STBA, NY DMT, PA MMNGS and PA SATS month-end imbalance cash-outs.
