NFGD – Revised DSA Tariff Supplement

National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation Supplement No. 246 to Tariff Gas – Pa. P.U.C. No. 9 Docket No. R-2022-3035880

On October 5, 2022, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation (“Distribution” or the “Company”) filed Supplement No. 246 to Tariff Gas – Pa. P.U.C. No. 9 (“Supplement No. 246”) with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (“Commission”) at Docket No. R-2022-3035880.  In this filing, Distribution proposed to update the Company’s tariff Rule No. 33 (and other associated tariff pages) and the related Data Security Agreement and Self Attestation.  Supplement No. 246 was filed with an issue date of October 5, 2022 and an effective date of December 5, 2022.

Any complaints or petitions to intervene must be filed in accordance with Title 52 of the Pennsylvania Code.  All filings must be made with the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, P. O. Box 3265, Harrisburg, PA  17105-3265, with a copy served on the Company.
