814C Submissions for 0% Erie County Sales Tax December 2023 – February 2024

Please be advised that all 814C transactions must be submitted on December 1, 2023 for customers impacted by the suspension of Erie County, NY sales tax.  Tax changes become effective when they are processed, and we are unable to post future effective dates.  Once the suspension has ended, 814Cs will need to be submitted on March 1, 2024 with the appropriate tax rates for affected customers.

Please note that that the tax rate that is effective at the end of the billing period will be applied against the total commodity charges for that billing period.
