Transaction Sets to Facilitate Marketer Billing

The following file layouts and narrative descriptions detail the information that National Fuel Gas will provide to gas marketers in order to facilitate large-scale aggregation and aggregation billing. The files are marked as STBA (NY), DSS (NY) and SATS (PA) since some files are only provided to marketers participating in specific programs.

These files will be available via the National Fuel WEB site for viewing or download. Downloads will be done through the Internet using HTTP or FTP file transfers. The files will be in standard ASCII format with fields delimited by semicolons.
