Daily file of weather normalization factors

This file lists three months of weather normalization factors, starting with the current year, month, and control number. Each day the current control will be added to the top of the list and the oldest record will be dropped.

Note: Weather normalization is not calculated for the months of June, July, August, and September. The file will remain constant with the latest update from May for those months.
