Market Pool/Production Pool Request Form

This form is used when requesting creation of a new Market Pool or a new Production Pool. New Pools should be established as early as possible in the month prior to the desired start month, but no later than thirty (30) days before the new month begins.

Transportation Services will assign the name of a new Pool and will notify the Pool Operator of the pool name.
