    The NFGDC Transportation Scheduling System (TSS) was designed to meet commercially reasonable standards of accuracy and reliability. Data received from TSS users is presumed to be an accurate and reliable statement of the TSS user's intended nomination or nomination adjustment, unless NFGDC is notified otherwise on a timely basis. Users of TSS acknowledge that NFGDC shall not be liable for errors caused in the transmission of information via TSS.
