This is a firm sales service for customers using gas in Natural Gas Vehicles, utilizing either National Fuel-owned or customer-owned filling facilities.
This is a firm sales, demand-based service for commercial, public authority and industrial customers with incremental load in load-balancing facilities.
This service is mandatory for customers who have installed bypass facilities.
This is the primary transportation service used by most large-volume (greater than 5,000 Mcf/Year) customers. The customer is billed for their entire transportation usage, regardless of whether the gas supplies are purchased from National Fuel and/or a marketer. This rate is for firm transportation and requires firm capacity on all upstream pipelines.
This is an alternative transportation service realistically suitable to only a small group of unbundled customers. It requires telemetering, installed at the customer’s expense, to monitor daily deliveries and usage, since imbalances between the two are calculated every day (as opposed to monthly for MMT). Although less expensive than MMT, DMT requires more work for the customer and leaves less room for error in nominations.
A transportation service that allows a qualified customer to receive their gas supply from a qualified supplier of the customer’s choosing. The customer will receive a bill for transportation services under this program from National Fuel. The supplier has the option to have National Fuel include the gas cost supply costs and other charges on their National Fuel bill or to bill the customer on a separate bill. This program is open to all customers EXCEPT those currently receiving service under any of the following rate schedules: Low-Income Residential Assistance (LIRA), Large-Volume Industrial Service (LVIS) or Large Industrial Service (LIS).
Available to suppliers which have obtained the consent and appointment of at least 50 customers with a total minimum of 5,000 Mcf per year. The supplier agrees to assume primary responsibility for the gas supply obligations for that group of SATC customers. The SATS supplier is also subject to the Supplier Aggregation charges and supply requirements as contained in the tariff.
This is a mandatory service for customers who have installed bypass facilities.
This is a “reserved” back-up sales service which acts as insurance against any unplanned shortfalls. It is a firm sales service and is required for Priority 1 customers who do not have dual fuel or alternate fuel capability.
