PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repair and maintain Company vehicles including cars, trucks (med & HD), offroad vehicles, construction equipment, and capital tools (pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic)
- Repair and maintain Compressed Natural Gas refueling facility
- Diagnose problems associated with the fleet vehicles and equipment including on-board computer diagnosis
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems
- Perform Gas-Cam operations
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent with Automotive or Diesel Technology experience or equivalent professional automotive work experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid NYS inspection license for Light vehicles and Heavy vehicles
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all types of weather
- Demonstrate computer proficiency, excellent communication skills, and exceptional mechanical aptitude
- Ability to successfully work independently as well as within a team environment
- The successful candidate is responsible for providing their own tools up to 1”
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- An Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent professional automotive work experience
- Commercial driver’s license – Class A is preferable
- ASE Certification

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This is a position within the Company’s collective bargaining unit with an hourly rate of pay of $37.84.
