PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative duties in support of Risk Management/Claims including:
- Administration and Organization of legal documents and litigation files
- Creating purchase requisitions
- Certified mailings
- Routine office tasks
- Processing payments for Claims and Environmental invoices
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with case management software/organizational systems
- Working knowledge/experience with SAP (ICWEB & ECC environments), Peoplesoft & PFI
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, & Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent organizational/communication skills; Attention to detail; Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet time deadlines
- Must be available to work Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior legal/law firm work preferred
- Paralegal training or office management training preferred

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This is a position within the Company’s collective bargaining unit with a starting hourly rate of $23.07/hour, after 6 months $24.58/hour, and an increase to $26.35/hour after 1 year.
