New York Customer Service Locations
Beginning, Monday February 17th, National Fuel’s New York walk-in offices will be open for customers that might prefer in-person assistance. The Centers provide the same services offered through the call center including payment assistance, starting or stopping service, and billing inquires. The Customer Assistance Centers will open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.
