Sarah joined National Fuel in 1993 as an attorney in the legal department and has received numerous promotions over the course of her tenure with the Company.

Appointed to serve as General Counsel of National Fuel Gas Company in 2020, she holds the additional roles of Corporate Secretary and Corporate Responsibility Officer. Sarah maintains responsibilities within National Fuel Gas Company’s midstream business units, including oversight of the legal affairs of the Company’s pipeline and storage segment and the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management function.

Sarah is also Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation, as well as Secretary of both Empire Pipeline, Inc. and National Fuel Gas Midstream Corporation. Prior appointments included being named Assistant Vice President in 2006 and Vice President in 2010 for the Company’s Utility segment, Corporate Human Resources and the Utility’s Risk Management departments. Prior to joining National Fuel, she was in private practice in Chicago and Buffalo.

Sarah earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University (Ohio) and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the Ohio State University.
